These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 444r platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and 444r ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the 444r platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies or guidelines published on the platform from time to time.
444r reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 444r platform and close your account. Your continued use of the platform is confirmation of your ongoing acceptance.
Eligibility
To register and play on 444r, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be aged 21 years or older. 444r is strictly an adults-only platform. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds.
- You must be registering under your own true identity. Providing false personal information, including name, date of birth or contact details, is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
- You must not be self-excluded or have voluntarily excluded yourself from the 444r platform or any other gambling service under a formal self-exclusion arrangement.
- You must hold a valid personal mobile number registered in Bangladesh, which will serve as your account identifier and primary contact method.
- You must not be prohibited from online gambling under any law, regulation or court order applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
444r reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification confirming age and identity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.
Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. 444r may use technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts and reserves the right to merge or suspend duplicates and forfeit any associated balances. When registering, you agree that:
- All personal information provided is accurate, current and complete. You accept responsibility for keeping your account details up to date.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile number and password). You must not share these with any third party.
- You will notify 444r immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. 444r cannot be held liable for losses resulting from compromised account credentials where the breach is attributable to your own negligence.
- You will not allow any other individual to use your account, including family members or friends. All activity under your account is your legal responsibility.
444r uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect account data and payment information in transit. While we take all reasonable measures to secure the platform, you remain responsible for the security of your own device and login credentials.
444r staff will never request your password by message, email or phone call. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately via the official 444r website.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All player funds are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the local payment channels listed on the 444r platform, which may include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:
- The minimum single deposit is ৳100. Deposits are credited to the player's gaming balance immediately upon successful processing by the payment provider.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 444r reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming the player's identity and ownership of the nominated withdrawal method before releasing funds.
- Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms.
- 444r does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Winnings will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
- 444r is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. Players should check their provider's fee schedule independently.
In the event of a technical failure during a deposit or withdrawal transaction, 444r will investigate and resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. Players experiencing transaction issues should contact support via the official 444r website. Do not attempt the transaction again before receiving confirmation from support, as this may result in duplicate charges.
Bonuses and Promotions
444r offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses and free spin offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
- Bonuses are awarded to eligible accounts only. 444r reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time without prior notice if the player is found to be ineligible or in breach of these Terms.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of their stated wagering context. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
- 444r reserves the right to amend, cancel or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has already been claimed, the existing rollover conditions at the time of claiming will continue to apply.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, per device and per IP address. 444r uses automated systems to detect and prevent repeated bonus claiming. Suspected abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Responsible Gaming
444r is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all account holders:
- Deposit limits: Players may request a daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
- Time-out: Players may place a temporary suspension on their account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a time-out, no deposits, bets or logins are permitted.
- Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their life may request a self-exclusion of a minimum of 6 months. During self-exclusion, the account is permanently closed to activity and cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has fully elapsed.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444r platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
- Money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from criminal or illegal activity. 444r complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
- Collusion with other players, match-fixing or any arrangement designed to manipulate the outcome of games or sporting events offered on the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonus systems or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error are void and will be reclaimed by 444r.
- Registering or playing on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to register or play using your account or identity.
444r employs ongoing monitoring to detect prohibited activities. Detection will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances (including bonus and real-money funds), and may result in legal action where warranted.
Account Suspension and Termination
444r reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 7.
- Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements within a reasonable time following a request from 444r's compliance team.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, chargebacks, or any other conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
Upon termination for cause, 444r reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance in the player's account. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, net of any applicable fees, within a reasonable processing period.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 444r platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 444r or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, transmitted or used in any form without the prior written consent of 444r.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, resale, scraping, data mining or systematic extraction of platform content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444r, its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if 444r has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
444r does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. 444r's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Amendments to These Terms
444r reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 444r will endeavour to notify active players by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a communication to the registered contact details on file. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a specific effective date is stated.
Your continued use of the 444r platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.
